Woke at 213.2, down 1.8 from yesterday after a 772 calorie IF day. Going for day two of waiting until dinner before I eat. I am hoping to go a bit lower than the 212.2 recorded yesterday afternoon. I want to keep my blue line but I'll probably have a green line to show the indulgence of last week! Targeting 2090 calories today. Probably will not get all that eaten! When that happens, I will hit my protein and carb macros and split the body fat between what I eat and what I provide from my body.
