Woke at 206.8, down .2 from yesterday. It's Memorial Day here in the states, so friends are over and we are doing bratwursts on the grill and a few salads. I think a bottle of red wine is in order today, too. So not sure where the calories and macros will end up. Thanks to our fallen heroes across the globe. UPDATE: Packed on the water weight and bulk with four cups of fresh fruit, some cherries, and three glasses of wine. Went to bed at 214 plus. Did not even record the details. Only walked one mile as we relaxed, visited, and watched movies.

Happy Memorial Day, Draglist! Enjoy those Brats and vino!!!! We had Brats the other day ... so I guess I will grill out burgers and fix a low carb potato salad ... and Miller LIte beer. *cheers*

Yes, the unpotato salad really does taste like the real deal! It's been a year since I made this. It is chilling in the fridge now. Mine is one of Dana Carpender's recipes from "the Glycemic Load Diet Cookbook", by Rob Thompson, M.D. & Dana Carpender. Enjoy!
