Woke at 206.0, up .4 after a full eating day yesterday. OK with that. Targeting 2190 calories today. Due to meeting times, ate at 11:30 and then got famished and ate a bit early at 5:30. Too busy to walk yet today, but got 1.5 miles in while pacing on the phone. Ate exactly on calorie goal and macros are OK but a bit high on protein again. Weighed exactly 206.0 before dinner, so hit my waking weight even after lunch. With tonight's early dinner, I hope to lose or maintain by the morning.

When is your next check-up, Draglist? How do they monitor this anyway? Do they just take blood samples? You are always on my mind. Especially when I eat something I know I shouldn't ... I think about how well you eat and your wonderful attitude.
