Woke at 205.4, up 2.4 after a full day of eating. I am fine with going up a bit on the day after a fasting day. Targeting 2155 calories today. Only about 4.5 hours sleep last night as I was working late. Need to catch up tonight. UPDATE: Home a bit early after work and weighed 205.6 before dinner. Holding nicely! Ate about 80 extra calories in that extra piece of horseradish Havarti cheese! Not going to fast tomorrow as I'm keynoting an event at a top hotel and I WILL enjoy that lunch!

I don't know how you function on that little of sleep. I would be worthless.

This putting weight on after fasting is a pain. I'd be so grumpy after such a small amount of sleep that no-one would want to be near me. I'm bad enough after 10 hours - though my fitness tracker tells me that I rarely get over and hour's deep sleep.

Same here with sleep - I'm usually in bed by 9 to read and wind down then lights out at 10 and up at 6. I'm usually still knackered though

I saw you up too late and wanted to tell you to go to bed because you have to spend all that time commuting this week! Take the best care of yourself that you can, Superman. We need you around here and healthy for a long time.
