Woke at 203.8, up .4 from yesterday. Sort of disappointed because I had a great day of eating yesterday with low cals, low carbs, and lots of exercise. And... I went to bed .6 pounds lighter than the day before! But the body does what the body does... I'm going to outlast it! And can't cry about a blue line. Have a great day, friends! UPDATE: Another great day of eating and hit my macros exactly. Went to see two movies with Jason tonight so wonโ€™t get 8 hours overnight! Got 6.4 miles in and good calorie burn.

Hi, Jim! I'm waiting right here for ya! I think it may be water... didn't get up as often last night I have been... but that's not really a good thing anyway! Haven't slept a solid four hours in a row since I left the hospital. All other 'movement' was great yesterday, which is why I thought I was on my way to 202 something... Oh well. Thanks, Mrs. Maths! Right there with ya today. Had a day out with the family yesterday including a movie with the kids. stayed on plan but had too many low carb treats yesterday ( yes, I know better). Up a whole pound today..sigh!
