Draglist's Journal, 29 Mar 17

Woke at 203.4, down 1.0 from yesterday. It took me a week, but I am back where I need to be after my big dinner out last Wednesday night. Doing some math last night, I am going to target 1800 calories as a daily target next month. Will probably go over on some days, but will pull it back in with lower calorie days on Mondays and Fridays to stay on average. UPDATE: Good day of eating. Very busy at work so I didn't finish my five miles until 9:30 pm. Got a little extra sleep last night and I felt great all day. Ate very close to the macros I will target for April.

3/29/17 Tanita Numbers (after dinner, after 5.1 miles):
Weight - 206.2 (est. goal at 10% BF - 183.0) - 23.2 lbs. to lose

Nice work!

Yes! I noticed that... love the differences between our corruption of the Queen's English and how you speak... (but then, it largely depends on class and location even in the UK!) Whenever I get mad about American slang, I just watch a bit of BBC to see how the language is morphed even on the home island! :)

Well done! If I have a big dinner out it takes a week for me to lose the added weight too. I've never understood why.

Thanks, Jim and Doobrie! I'm guessing just takes that long to get the glycogen back out of the fat cells after it gets injected in there!

But it's fantastic Bill ...that we all speak the same language. What more could we ask for 👌👍

That's right, Mrs Maths! Lucky to speak English and almost everywhere I ever went in Europe, Africa, or the Middle East, I was able to communicate!
