Woke at 203.4, down 1.0 from yesterday. It took me a week, but I am back where I need to be after my big dinner out last Wednesday night. Doing some math last night, I am going to target 1800 calories as a daily target next month. Will probably go over on some days, but will pull it back in with lower calorie days on Mondays and Fridays to stay on average. UPDATE: Good day of eating. Very busy at work so I didn't finish my five miles until 9:30 pm. Got a little extra sleep last night and I felt great all day. Ate very close to the macros I will target for April.

Well done! If I have a big dinner out it takes a week for me to lose the added weight too. I've never understood why.
