Woke at 204.4, the same as yesterday. I didn't lose as much overnight as I have been. I will be eating three large meals today to ensure I stay satisfied and don't feel the need to eat every three hours. UPDATE: Plan to eat bigger meals worked. Had a huge breakfast and then wasn't hungry until 3 pm. Ate a nice sized late lunch. Got my five miles in via three walking sessions. Took a nap from 7 to 8 and rose to have a few small chicken breasts and some ‘healthy ice cream’ with frozen strawberries, protein powder, and a healthy handful of greens.
