Woke at 204.4, down 1.8 from yesterday and back on the southern side of 205. Continuing to drop the extra water from Wednesday's dinner out at the BBQ joint. Will be very careful the next time I go there, including taking my own sugar free BBQ sauce (or eating the ribs without it). Looking at the days remaining in the month, there is no way I'm going to hit my 1650 calorie per day goal, but recent successes have shown me that I can lose without going that low. I may target something like 1825 per day next month which is my BMR (at least according to my Fitbit). Have a great week! UPDATE: Another 2000 plus calorie day. I tried to eat smaller meals but found I got famished every three to four hours. My body was not getting enough to eat with smaller meals. Iā€™m not suffering weight gain from it, so Iā€™m just going with it. Got my five miles in.
