Woke at 203.8, up 1.2 from yesterday. Will go lighter on calories today. Getting solar panels installed so should be lively around here. UPDATE: Worked from home all day with headphones on while the solar guys banged and drilled up on the roof. Came out looking good. Got my five miles in pretty early so will have a good calorie burn. What started out as a great low calorie day ended up in the 2000 calorie zone. My house guest is staying another night and requested BBQ when I asked what he wanted to eat. So we did our neighborhood joint, Lefty’s. That meant fresh fried pork rinds, a BBQ brisket salad, and a few pounds of ribs for us all to share. Gained several pounds of bulk! Suffice to say my low cal day will have to wait until tomorrow...

Can relate to the rancher and baking. We planted pin oaks many years ago and they're getting up there and do offer some relief. We're too old to begin doing that because I see us having to move in the near future. But have wondered about the upkeep on the roof after they're installed.

I've thought about looking into renting roof space but I'm not sure it's taken off in the UK. There's plenty of solar fields around the area though and our roof faces South so it's not completely off the wall as an idea. I'm not sure they'd pay for themselves if we had to pay so it needs more investigation.
