Woke up at 215.4, down 1.0 from yesterday. Will commence walking until they call me into the hospital. Will get 5 miles in or walk until they call me. Targeting 600 calories today. UPDATE: All checked into the hospital and Denise is with me. Did my first procedure at 5:30 tonight and was done by six! They said I could walk, so I did my five miles. The Tanita scale is still in the car, so no details, but got back to 209.4 after walking. Got pretty close to my 600 calorie day and will target 1910 calories tomorrow... and it will be breakfast, lunch, and dinner but I have some good LCHF choices.

Ending weight - 209.4 (26.4 to go)

Targets: 200 fat, <60 carb, >33 fiber, <30 net carb, 120 prot, 2400 cals (600 on M-W-F)

Finally in there, huh? Okay! I am sure they will keep you busy for a while. Maybe later tonight you will get some time to yourself. You might need a nap after all is said and done. LOL!

Lord, no ... you aren't boring at all. As a matter of fact, I feel better just listening to your progress. I worry about you, silly man! Keep the posts coming. I can imagine you were queasy but getting in 5 miles in the corridors...???? Awesome!

I agree with them. Walking is good medicine as well as that healthy food you are eating. I bet you leave there losing weight, don't you? :)
