Hmmm, that looks mighty tasty!! Too funny...home made pizza was on the menu at our house last night too...4 pieces, the last two were purely for "sport".

Now that looks like a fun way have a meal. I will have to try this. How many does this feed? Did you use fresh cauliflower for the crust? Also, I finally got to try the Espaldera wine! It really is a great one! My bottle didn't last the night either. Oops! Could be why I was up late night snacking. Oops!

Ohhhh, I just saw that advertised. Great idea. I am going to try my frozen cauliflower and see how it works out. I am going to throw it in a blender to rice it.

Looks wonderful delicious! I've tried cauliflower crust before, mine always turn out soggy. What's your secret?

I've used parchment paper, but would not have thought to put it in without a pan. Will give it a try. Thanks!

I did it without the pan and it was gorgeous. I don't have a paddle. You would have laughed watching me trying to figure out how to get it out of the oven. I wound up pulling it onto a cooking rack that was flat. Whew! After it cooled off a bit and hardened up, I was able to slide it off onto the cutting board. It was really a nice treat!! YUM!
