Woke at 214.6, down 2.6 from yesterday. Water loss continues. Targeting 1905 cal today. Eating dinner out so will be careful.

New Supplements added this week that may be contributing to the water loss:

Dr. Berg's Raw Wheat Grass Juice Powder (for added nutrients from green veggies)
2 x 1 tsp, 5 g

Dr. Berg's Gallbladder Formula (to help metabolize fat)
1 capsule

Dr. Berg's Whole Cruciferous Food (more green veggies to clean out the liver)
1 capsule

Zhou Nutrition Water Away (not hard to figure this one out! May be the new secret)

I take milk thistle, LIVpro Gall Support Liver and Gallbladder Cleansing Supplement, hair vitamin tablet, psyllium husk, iodine, omega 3 and occasionally betaine HCL
