Woke at 221.4, up 1.2 after fasting until 8 pm, but adding some bread and red wine to a celebration dinner. And THEN, having a large piece of chocolate birthday cake and some Rocky Road chocolate ice cream after midnight to celebrate my son's birthday and to ring in the new year. Also, broke out my five bottles of distiller's choice bourbons and had a tiny sip of each. So, all in all, not a bad waking reading. Will fast until dinner again today when we will enjoy some grilled salmon. For January, going to continue my regimen of fasting until dinner and targeting LCHF (even Keto, if I can pull it off). Just ordered some keto sticks to measure ketosis. Have a wonderful 2017, everyone, and I look forward to continuing our progress!
