Woke at 216.4, up .4 from yesterday. Squeezed out a lot of water yesterday only to put it back on with dinner and drinks. Will get back to fasting until dinner again today. Targeting 1640 calories. UPDATE: Doing my walking the house during phone calls thing again. Got 6700 steps and nearly 4 miles as of 1 pm. Water and black coffee keeping the appetite suppressed. UPDATE: Fasted until 6 pm. Walked more than 9K steps, 5 miles, and burned 3000 calories -- all by 6 pm! However, only lost two pounds from this morning with a 214.4 weigh in. Nailed my macros tonight (although a bit high on calories) so hoping that will spell the difference in tomorrow’s weigh ins.
