Woke at 212.4, down .4 from yesterday. My waking body water numbers are lower than they have been in months, so I can see that the latest way of eating is working. Hoping for 209 something before dinner tonight. UPDATE: Fasted until 7 pm. Did 72 minutes on the treadmill first but only got back to yesterday’s number of 210.0. Tanita fluttered between 209.8 and 210.0, but no matter how many times I stepped off and on, I couldn't get the 209.8 to stick! Body fat seemed to creep up, too. Ate dead on my calorie goal again with OK macros. I travel to the hospital for some tests tomorrow so I should get some additional walking in. Have a great week, everyone!

Interesting way of eating. I know that Dr. Nun S. Amen Ra promotes this way of eating, especially in a vegan format, but was no so sure about. Nice to see that it is working for you . Have a great day :)

That is a great idea. Spices like cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cayenne and turmeric will also help you to build some internal heat and fire. Good luck on your journey :)

So I don't really know all your circumstances but it's definitely possible (probable actually) that you have been in too much of a caloric deficit for too long and actually slowed your metabolism significantly. I was stalled for a while at almost a thousand calories a day more than you and kickstarted fat loss again by bumping my intake UP a few hundred for a week. It has definitely ramped me up a bit and I restabilized down another 3 pounds or so. Going for a Dexa scan in the morning for some objective body composition numbers but I am very confident they're loads better than when I first got one (as I turned 50).
