Woke at 226.8, up .6 from yesterday. I fear my next official weigh in will not be in the 2-teens. Doing a 600 calorie IF day today. UPDATE: Came in the door from work at 225.2. Ate my 600 calories, but then added a bag of steamed broccoli and cauliflower to get to 700.

Bill, I just checked and there is 300 mg of sodium in 9 pieces of pork rinds. Just a word of caution. This used to be dinner for me some nights when I first started doing low carb many, many years ago. I can't eat pork rinds now. They give me cankles. :)

I'm munching on pork rinds as I read your comments. I love them with sour cream or whipped cream cheese.
