Woke at 217.2, same as yesterday. Fasting until dinner and eating 600 calories. Got some bothersome news this morning at the doctor. Need to do another month of med drips. So the weekly battle against water retention and constipation continues!

Funny you should bring up the subject of constipation... just had an informative discussion with a friend about how magnesium if taken in large amounts can stop that from happening. You can't O.D. on the stuff but it could help loosen you up. Will keep you in my prayers :D
