Woke at 211.2, down .6 from yesterday. Targeting 2060 calories today. Extra hungry at lunch so ate an Atkins bar. I keep a box stashed in my office. Came home at 210.8 and starving (day after IF). I ate half a head of cauliflower, some nuts, and a piece of my paleo chocolate cream pie. It was way better the second day after firming up! I will try to get that recipe uploaded tonight. Went over on calories by 52. Will eat 2048 tomorrow.
