Woke at 213.4, up 1.0 from yesterday. Today is a 5:2 fast, so will weigh in again before eating later. Targeting 600 calories today. UPDATE: Got back to 211.6 after initial 18:6 IF. Will weigh again before dinner. Week off from the meds and things are moving!
