Woke at 212.4, down 1.2 from yesterday. Today is weigh in day, so will try to squeeze off a few more ounces at the end of 16:8 fasting. Will do some fasted HIIT squats, too. Did a massive water whoosh overnight that should be reflected in even better weight numbers between now and the weekend. Targeting 2100 calories today.
