Draglist's Journal, 11 Aug 16

Woke at 212.4, down 1.2 from yesterday. Today is weigh in day, so will try to squeeze off a few more ounces at the end of 16:8 fasting. Will do some fasted HIIT squats, too. Did a massive water whoosh overnight that should be reflected in even better weight numbers between now and the weekend. Targeting 2100 calories today.

Thank you, Raj! Yes, it works wonders! My sister lost an additional 8 pounds simply by adjusting the times at which she ate during the day.
