Woke at 213.8, down .4 from yesterday. Not as bloated as yesterday but still have a way to go with that. Targeting 2100 calories today. UPDATE: Broke the fast with a massive cheeseburger (no bun, of course) at Hooters. Yes, the guys dragged me there at work. It was good. No doubt went over my daily protein macro in that one sitting. Will close my eyes and enter the menu items now... UPDATE: Actually, lunch didn't blow my macros at all, but I came home still full! But I did eat to keep the macros going. I did not want to choke down some veggies, so I put 3 cups of green beans in a blender with two cups of hibiscus tea and some amla powder, psyllium fiber, and unsweetened cocoa. Tasted OK but the green beans were just chopped severely (not pulverized into the shake). But drink/chewing them was easier than eating them. Finished off with some trusty mixed nuts for fat. Nailed the calorie goal and pretty close to macros. In the door at 214.6, so this morning was the low for today. Meds tomorrow, so all bets are off!
