Woke at 207.4, down .2 from yesterday. Targeting 600 calories on a 5:2 IF day. On my way to my weekly med drip, so waiting to see if water retention will spike tonight right after I got back to blue!

Thanks, Pam, Jimmie, and Lynn! I'll get one more 'good' weigh in today before the water retention kicks in. Out of town at a racing event this weekend, so no workouts until Sunday or Monday after today. I'll likely float at 2-5 pounds above maintenance during that time.
