Woke at 212.6, down 2.6 from yesterday. Going into the office today and planning to fast until dinner. May have some BP coffee in the late morning if needed. UPDATE: Fasted until dinner (not even BP coffee). Came home from work at 210.2. Did not get in a workout as I went out to dinner with Denise and her friends. Had a Chef’s Salad, a few chicken strips, and a draft beer for regularity. Two more days of Warrior fasting until the end of the month!

Bill, I've been curious about this for a while and you're the perfect person to ask, since you study dietary theory deeply. I hear a lot of buzz about Bullet Proof Coffee, and I get the idea of adding MCT Oil. But really, why the butter? Butter is essentially cream that has been churned (minus a little butterfat and add in some salt). But really, without a blender, wouldn't you get the same result (and better taste) by adding heavy whipping cream (which tastes delicioso) instead of butter? Also, if you take in a goodly amount of calories from the BPC, aren't you breaking the fast? Just been wondering for a while. :)

Thanks for the info Bill. I think I'll try adding some coconut oil to some evening coffee during my 4 hour eating window.

I'm sticking my toe in the water, so to speak. After my 4 mile walk and 40 min cardio workout, I put a teaspoon of coconut oil and some sugar free vanilla with 30oz of coffee in my Bullet blender and mixed it up. Came out frothy and tasty. So, I'm planning to continue with that and possibly move up the quantity of oil over time. Thanks, as always, for the info.
