Draglist's Journal, 31 May 16

Woke at 212.6, up 10.8 from Saturday morning and showing the extreme water weight of extra calories, carbs, and sodium. Fasting today on the last day of the month so maybe my official weigh in will be back under 210 by tonight. Stayed right on target all month until the past weekend. Average calorie numbers for the month have been skewed upward!

Bill, 212 is not bad considering what you ate, you must have burned alot of the calories off, You will be back to 202 before you know it !!! :)

8-10 lbs is normal flunctuation of weight. Do not fast!! That will throw your body into starvation mode and will make you store more fats (used to burn when your fasting) so its redundant. Up your fiber; bananas/date smoothie, every day. 6 bananas 2 cups water and 1-2 dates. Strawberries to taste sweeter. Increase fruits and veggies, cucumber/kale spinach salad with honey pecans 👍

I'm glad you enjoyed the holiday weekend...so did we, ate almost a whole cheesecake, lol. Water weight, pretty quickly taken back off.

JMB Cheesecake is my favorite dessert!!!! I love the chocolate cheesecake. I have not had that in a long time. That will have to wait. Have A super week!!! :)
