Fasted until 2 pm and had a tablespoon of coconut oil. Did six miles on the treadmill at 3 mph while taking teleconferences and reading. Got a 201.2 weigh in. Traveling out of town to a racing event tomorrow, so will have to be on the lookout for diet traps. Likely will fast most of each day and save up for dinner at night. UPDATE: Forgot about a party tonight. Going to send Denise and my son and I’m staying home to keep the fast day, finish some work, and prepare to travel tomorrow. Ate dinner at 5:30.
