Woke at 202.0, up .6 from yesterday. Not bad after three beers and a half smoke with chili and cheese last night! Targeting 1908 calories today. UPDATE: Ate very light at work today as I ran around all over town. Came home late and famished at 200.6. Did another 30 minutes of treadmill while watching YouTube health videos and got a 200.2. Water up 2.6 pounds after last night’s sausage and beers. Ate a huge dinner but within calorie and macro goals.

Life goes on and we need to participate ... it was for the job, right? :o) That wasn't bad . If you combine your alcohol with protein, that is the best way to do it!
