Will find a sensible option. Targeting 1501 calories. UPDATE: Came home at 206.4. Did 45 minutes on the treadmill at 3 mph to round out the day’s steps and miles. Got a 205.0 weigh in afterward. Ate 1505 calories to get back on track. I get 2066 tomorrow!
