Woke at 206.2, up 1.4 from yesterday but still in maintenance zone. Still full from the late night roasted nut binge! A little 16:8 IF detox is called for! Taking my team out to lunch today. Will find a sensible option. Targeting 1501 calories. UPDATE: Came home at 206.4. Did 45 minutes on the treadmill at 3 mph to round out the day’s steps and miles. Got a 205.0 weigh in afterward. Ate 1505 calories to get back on track. I get 2066 tomorrow!

Roasted nuts sound good, for me it would be hard to have just a few unless that's all there was. Have a good one!
