Draglist's Journal, 29 Apr 16

Woke at 210.2, up 1.8 from yesterday. Got in plenty of exercise and stayed within calorie goals and largely within macro targets, but did have a small slice of brick oven pizza at lunch and a "CarbOlicious" chocolate muffin with dinner. Ate a ton of sodium yesterday, which didn't help. Will try to do a serious workout later today to move out some water.
