Woke at 214.2, up 3.4 in water weight. Don’t know if it’s all due to my meds yesterday or a delayed reaction from heavy carb days on Wednesday and Thursday. Either way, we’ve got a recovery weekend in store to get back on the 1700 per day average. 850 a day should do it. UPDATE: Well, 850 calories didn’t happen, but we did limit it to 1485. Did a late 60 minutes of treadmill at 3.5 mph while reading and got a 212.6 weigh in. Lots of water retention. Will keep after it, but this looks to be a weekly occurrence after Friday meds.
