Woke at 210.8, the same as yesterday. That's pretty amazing considering I had cake for lunch, snacks at happy hour, and then a late dinner of lobster rolls, truffle fries, and Pinot Noir! I did on the other hand get in 9.4k steps and 5.4 miles yesterday without the benefit of treadmill work! Need to estimate yesterday's calories. I'm sure it will call for a pretty severe adjustment day today. Cheers!
