Woke at 210.6, the same as yesterday. Going downtown to work today so I will get in a lot of walking. Targeting 1700 calories. UPDATE: Started to move some water and came home at 209.0. Ate dinner and did my radio show, then did 22 minutes of HIIT treadmill to round out my 6 miles and 10K step minimums for the day. Can’t spare more time… need some sleep after last night! Weighed in at 208.0. I think I am heading back down, however. Ate right on my calorie and goal and close to my macros.

Have a super week Bill, Will be super busy here at the Govy office. Manage to survive my eating binge yesterday... My weight is holding at 168. I am back on track today. :) By the way Great Job on the 208 and congrats on your excellent candidate applicants for your team!!!!!... Outstanding!!!! :)
