Woke at 209.0, down 2.2 after a happy hour, light dinner, and late workout. My old friend draft beer helped with my movement issues. Targeting 1493 calories to catch back up to my 1655 average.

Thanks, Glen, Tammy, Pam, and Steven! Doing well so far. About to head home. Not much sleep last night and I want to make sure I have enough energy for that last workout! Will have four miles in the bank by the time I get home so hopefully another half hour will get me my minimums.
