Woke at 213.6, down .8 from yesterday. Drank literally gallons of water, tea, and decaf coffee yesterday to try to flush out the water gain. Somewhat successful, but I was up 4-5 times last night as a result. Targeting 1655 calories today and will get in my 10K steps and six miles.

My goal is 10000 steps a day as well. It is hard some days but it is a goal so I shoot for it. I know you will hit yours. Keep moving and grooving.

Hi Bill, you do have water issues. I wish you success in lightening that load - lol. It must be very uncomfortable at times.
