Woke at 213.2, identical to yesterday morning and yesterday pre-dinner. So I essentially replaced the water I sweated out during last night's workout! Targeting 1786 calories today. UPDATE: OK. This is getting crazy. Ate very light at work and came home famished. Surely, I’ll be a little lighter! Nope. Get this: 213.2. The identical weight from this morning. And yesterday morning, And yesterday after work. Tonight I am NOT going to work out, as I didn’t get enough sleep the past two nights and I have an early day tomorrow. Have a happy hour tomorrow night, so no workout then, either. I will try to attack the treadmill on Friday night. Ate 1788 calories today to get back on track, so 1825 is my target tomorrow.
