Woke at 213.2, down 1.2 from yesterday. Targeting 1823 calories today. UPDATE: Came home at 213.2. Could get 209-210 after an hour’s workout, but going to take a rest tonight. Decided to alternate walking nights and see how that works. Not going to hammer out six miles a day (at least not each night). Ate another massive chicken breast and a few pieces of my Edible Arrangements gift. That fruit popped me up 40 calories above my target. Also had regular organic cottage cheese at lunch, which was higher in calories and way higher in sodium than my normal brand. So with that and the chicken my sodium is above 3200. Will commence hydration! Going to eat 1786 tomorrow to adjust for the slight overages of today and yesterday.
