Woke at 214.4, up 1.8 from yesterday after a day where I ate breakfast and lunch out and something in it snuck up and had me retaining water. Did a late night workout last night to burn off glycogen with some success. Will target a post 16:8 fasted workout today to try to get under 212. Targeting 1825 calories. UPDATE: Cannot get to the treadmill due to work so will have to do it after hours.

Well, there you go, that makes me feel so much better about the 3 pounds of food and drinks I picked up tonight! No worries, I started "paying" for it in advance yesterday and will continue over the weekend. It was totally worth it! And I have your inspiration to make me not feel worried about it at all. :-)
