Draglist's Journal, 12 Feb 16

Woke at 214.8, up 2.4 from yesterday. Ate a ton of sodium yesterday with a Korean bowl at lunch (including a good half cup of rice) and two large chicken breasts for dinner. I can tell I am not moving water like I should. Will address that today. Also, interesting to note that my pedometer is MUCH less generous than my Fitbit on the number of calories I burn every day. The calorie deficits have not been as large, even when I put in the treadmill work (which I also did not do yesterday). UPDATE: Worked until noon and then drove to a doctor’s appointment. Got back and did a 72 minute HIIT treadmill workout. Got a 211.2 weigh in to head back down. Ate 1728 calories. Back on target. Traveling to Pennsylvania tomorrow to speak at a drag racing event. The eats will be pretty unhealthy, but we will keep within the 1825 calorie limit!

Have a great weekend! Keep taking the B Complex and drink water to get rid of the water. Also, (I can't do it) but drinking a glass of warm lemon water in the morning after you get up will start the cleanse. You probably knew that but I forget things like this. :)
