Woke at 213.2, down 1.0 from yesterday morning and down .6 from my post workout weight last night. Targeting 1825 calories again today.

Hi Bill - but that is the key isn't it - to fight the battle day by day. I am learning the hard way that you can't take your eye off the prize for a moment - I'm back checking up on my buddies today and it look's like you are doing amazing!
