Woke at 214.8, down .4 from yesterday. Going in to the office today so my daytime calorie burn will be higher. UPDATE: Did a happy hour tonight but stuck with single malt scotch (and amazing Japanese single malts). Denise and Jason picked me up at the metro station and I took them to the Fish Market in Clinton, Md. Had a few more drinks and a broiled seafood platter with spinach. Delicious. Live band there and the guy pulled me up on stage to help with a rendition of “My Girl” by the temptations. Lots of fun. Amazing calorie burn despite not touching the treadmill. Did a lot of walking downtown and scampering up metro escalators. Evening weight recorded after coming in after dinner and drinks. Let’s see what the morning brings.
