Woke at 220.2, down .8 from yesterday. Working at home in the morning today and then off to Annapolis for a doctor's appointment. Hope to get there and back before the big snow storm arrives! Targeting 1950 calories today. UPDATE: Back home safe and sound at 3:22 pm. Ate at our favorite diner, the Double T in Annapolis. Jason then drove back and guided us through increasingly slippery roads. Back to work and then maybe a workout later. UPDATE 2: Didn't get in a workout, but got some nap time after a grueling week. Of course, I was back up later and could not sleep. Will weigh in tomorrow.

I've been watching that storm on HLNTV and it looks like a real disaster waiting to happen. We're just north of that storm path (hopefully) so my thoughts are with everyone in its path. I complained when we got a foot earlier this week. I can't imagine 2 or 3! Stay safe, Bill. -Karen-

I think you are getting hit worse than us and we have a bunch and it's still coming down, just not as intense. Stay safe and warm.
