Draglist's Journal, 08 Jan 16

Woke at 219.0, down 1.4 from yesterday. At the doctor to check on my anemia. Looking forward to the results. UPDATE: Other than driving to the doctor and doing a few errands, had a very low exercise day. Exerted myself quite a bit yesterday (burned 4300 calories) and needed the rest. Actually napped for three hours this afternoon after catching up on a bit of work. Weight 219.8 after dinner and my nap. All the numbers are skewed due to dehydration, so I’ll list weight details again starting tomorrow. Got a referral for a cardiologist after hitting 185 bpm on my treadmill last night. I need a stress test to ensure I’m working out at safe levels. Ate 1654 calories and did really well with my macros.

Today's Macros (in grams, rounded) (updated for January):
Targets: 70 fat, 70 carb, 260 prot, 50 fib, 1500 sod, 1950 cals (1891 based on burn)

WOW you said you would get in the 2 teens and you did it!! Good luck at the doctors. I used to take a LOT of ibuprofen and became anemic. Have to be careful.

It is better to know than not know. Your blood counts can improve, mine did...

It's good you're geting things checked out including the stress test. Mine was routine just because my doc suggested it for my age but had no idea there were issues....turns out it may have saved my life since I had a 99 percent blockage. Hopefully you'll get a clean bill of health but if not it is beter to be aware.
