Woke at 222.4, up .8 from yesterday. A little too much cheap red wine and chocolate last night and the carb count was a bit high. No lasting damage. UPDATE: Sat behind a computer until 5 pm and then did 76 minutes of HIIT treadmill to hit all my Fitbit daily goals (10K steps, 6 miles, 3000 calories, 65 active minutes). Weighed 219.8 afterward, up 2.0 from yesterday’s post workout weight. Hit my food macros much better today.

Thanks, Tammy. Yes, it's too late to get back on track this month. But January will commence with an average of 1950-2000 calories per day and hopefully that will be enough to get me back where I want to be.

As you know, I've been away for a while. Nice to come back to find people doing well (or at least with minimal holiday damage - LOL). Keep up the good work.

Thanks, BuffyBear! Great to have you back. I'm maintaining OK, but I'm up about 10 pounds from this time last year. I think I've figured out the difference and will attack that in January! Happy New Year!
