Woke at 221.6, down 2.2 from yesterday. That was a lot of water loss yesterday. Will get a workout in today in hopes of going lower than the 217.8 post workout weight achieved yesterday afternoon. Going to try for super low calories today.

You certainly do know how to make things work for you. I just need to get myself back in the game again. Christmas knocked me out of it. LOL!

Christmas got to me, too! Three big days in a row. Will try to recover this week to meet December goals, but going to have to take calories down about 100 a day in January going forward.

Just ran the numbers. After yesterday's 3600 calorie total, there is no way I'm going to achieve my planned 2100 calorie per day average for December. However, I should easily exceed a 1000 calorie per day deficit. Unfortunately for me, I think I need about a 1400 calorie per day deficit to lose. Will do that in January.
