Did 36 minutes of HIIT treadmill at the very end of the day on Thursday. Did a weigh in just after midnight and got a nice 211.0. Tried to log it up here very quickly for a Thursday date, but too late! I actually hope to weigh a little less by Friday night.

I don't remember if I mentioned this before or not. I've had better results from the heart rate function by loosening the band, moving it higher on my wrist, and wearing a wrist/sweat band to keep it up there. Sometimes when I first put it on the heart rate goes very high then comes back down. There have been deals on the Charge HR, I think as low as around $129 or so.

The HR model was on sale the day after Christmas. Wish I had gotten one then but my Flex is still working.

Mom, it looks like the HR is on sale for $129 at overstock.com with free shipping, I don't know how that compares with the sale you saw.

Jmb, the sale I saw was for Black Friday only on the FitBit site, but I just found it for 119.86 at our Walmart in the plum and black color. Woo Hoo!
