Woke at 214.2, down .4 from yesterday. Targeting 1000 calories today. UPDATE: Ate light at work but pinned down in my office, so not much exercise. In the door at 213.8. Broke my treadmill the other day when I was riding it. I can still use it, but may have to set it at a lower incline (nothing to hold on to when it's set at 10 percent now as the handles have broken). I will lower the incline and rock on. Will look at repairing it when I get more light in the day but Denise says I may have to ask Santa for a new one.

You seem a lot more stable these days. Way to go, Bill. I think we all manage eventually to find center for ourselves.
