Woke at 214.6, down 3.4 from yesterday morning. Will do 1000 calories again Monday-Wednesday and then relax a bit for Thanksgiving Thursday with 3000 calories. That will leave me 6000 calories for the last four days of the month and I'll still hit my 1955 per day calorie goal for November. UPDATE: The waking weight will have to be my low for the day as I was stuck on the computer all day without a workout. Ate 1155 calories as I had an extra big piece of salmon for dinner. No biggie! Only burned 2654 calories due to not walking anywhere today but still have a nice 1499 deficit from my low intake.

Sounds like a good plan to me, you'll end the month with your calorie goal and still have room for some enjoyment of the Holiday.
