Hopped on the treadmill for 49 minutes after my trip to Five Guys. Burned off 615 calories to hit my 750 calorie deficit and had enough left for a nice nightcap! Body fat has not changed appreciably over the past few nights but gained some water. Off to the beach tomorrow. HIIT will occur on the Ocean City boardwalk!
