Woke at 219.8, up 1.6 from this time yesterday. Ouch. But it's a lot of water retention after two high sodium days. Will catch up and flush out this weekend. UPDATE: Came home at 218.8 after a pretty good eating day. My pal Tia talked me into going out for lunch, but I ate a nice steak and asparagus salad. More homemade soup when I got home thanks to my awesome son, Jason. It's 8:22 and I'm up to 2500 plus calories. Half a bottle of white wine in me and thinking it's time for another episode of "Uncle Bill's Drunk Workout." Let's see if we actually get on the treadmill or not... :)
