October 1, take two: Came home at 217.6, up .2 from yesterday. Son had a big pot of hot soup ready and that was awesome. Was going to work out later but spent too much time out in the rain today and I feel like crap so guess what? 217.6 it is for tonight. Will only get a slight calorie deficit, but I’ll make up for that later in the week. Will do my official weigh in tomorrow night or Saturday noon after a workout.
