Woke at 210.0, up 2.2 pounds thanks to 221 surplus carb grams eaten on the holiday. Back to work! UPDATE: Ate two lunches (cottage cheese and then pizza out), had a stupid but delicious coffee drink at Starbucks, and then a few scotches at a happy hour. Skipped dinner to pay for it and came in with relatively OK eating numbers. Did not work out but got 2700 calories burned through walking during the day. Back to being serious tomorrow.
